Defend Your Brand Without Being A Jerk

Posted by Jeff Stolarcyk on Jun 29, 2009

Google’s Nofollow Changes

Posted by Jeff Stolarcyk on Jun 24, 2009

Use Facebook (Without Wasting Your Time)

Posted by Jeff Stolarcyk on Jun 18, 2009

Of late, I’ve been asked to explain Facebook by more than a few people (a refreshing break from being asked to explain Twitter); from the business perspective, everybody’s being told that they need to have a page, but the Facebook unsavvy or even the casual FB user isn’t quite sure how to implement it.  I [...]

Posted by Jeff Stolarcyk on May 28, 2009

Posted by Jeff Stolarcyk on May 13, 2009

At its Searchology event yesterday, Google rolled out a new feature that has game-changing potential. Well, a few of them actually. And I’ll talk about each of them over the rest of the week, but today the topic is Rich Snippets. Click the link to see Rich Snippets in action in search [...]

Facebook Phishing Scam - Beware

Posted by Jeff Stolarcyk on Apr 29, 2009

Be mindful of the domain name you’re seeing the next time you login to Facebook.  There’s a password-stealing scam on the loose, collecting info from a authentic-looking login screen on FBAction.com - or really, any site that isn’t Facebook.com.

More People Are Blogging - Should You?

Posted by Jeff Stolarcyk on Apr 27, 2009

According to eMarketer, the number of bloggers and the personal reach of bloggers is expanding and is projected to continue growing over the next five years.
This seems like a perfect place to exhort you to start blogging and tell you that blogging is going to blow the doors off of your online store.
Instead, my advice [...]
