This week your favorite tiny SEO girl is representing Solid Cactus SEO at Search Engine Strategies (SES), one of the most popular Internet marketing conferences out there. Brad Hoppy from Solid Cactus’s PPC Team and I are having a great time attending interesting sessions and meeting some awesome people. Twitter is repeatedly being touted as the premier social media site, and Facebook is everywhere at SES. Guy Kawasaki’s Twitter presentation was hands-down my favorite, and Tim Kendall from Facebook definitely knows what’s what in the social media world. One of my favorite sessions reaffirmed the belief that keyword rankings are quickly dying, however SEO is alive and thriving in terms of ensuring a web site is still found in search engine results and has great exposure on social media sites. I’ll be posting more in depth on SES when I get back - until then, see you soon!
